- Each institution has their own unique URL.
- The Institution name is always present on the site.
- Secure login in with institution email and unique password.

Add Staff/Student
- Usernames must be unique.
- Only university email address should be registered.
- Staff permissions can easily be changed. From Vistor to Admin. Students can be assigned to courses

Setting up a project 1
- Simple three step process to setting up a project.
- Interactive calendars make the process even easier.
- Specific staff can be added to a project.

Setting up a project 2
- Groups are able to be duplicated for future projects.
- Details can be cleared at any time to start the set up again.

Setting up a project 3
- Self assessment is now optional, as is anonymity.
- There are now two way for students to assess, via a percentage or via calculating average criteria.

Setting up a project 4
- Marks can be determined for each value i.e A,B,C,D,E (students do not see these grades).
- Project specific criteria can be added for the students to assess.
- Numerous assessment dates can be added if required.

- The number of groups can then be altered easily.
- Students can be arranged in groups by different filters.

Setting up a project 6
- Conformation it always given when the project is complete.
- Filtering assessment dates can be used to monitor student progress.
- Alternatively groups can be viewed individually if needed.
- Projects can be altered up until the first assessment date begins.

View/Add Students
- Adding a new student is easy.
- An archive of all students at your institution is readily available
- Click to view specific courses.

Students View
- Students assess against project specific criteria
- Comments are also mandatory, so students can justify their assessments
- The information box provides a summary of the project.

Graph
- A graph then begins the plot the assessment grades (can only be seen by student once the project has been completed)
- Comment can be filtered by date if there are more than one assessment points.
- The next assessment point is always clearly displayed
